• Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Consulting services for AI adoption and implementation.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
2. Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided.
4. Not engage in activities that may harm the integrity or security of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets related to the Services, remain the exclusive property of AI Radium or its licensors.
2. License to Use: Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided under their agreements.
3. Restrictions: Clients are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any proprietary materials provided.

5. Confidentiality

1. Definition: Confidential Information includes any non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed by either party.
2. Obligations: Both parties agree to protect Confidential Information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
3. Exclusions: Confidential Information does not include information that:
   • Was publicly available at the time of disclosure.
   • Was independently developed without reference to the disclosing party’s information.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

1. Pricing: All fees for Services are detailed in the proposal or agreement provided to the client.
2. Payment Terms: Payments must be made within 30 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed.
3. Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
4. Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the Services.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

1. No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
2. No Guarantee of Results: While AI Radium strives for excellence, specific outcomes are not guaranteed as they depend on external variables.
3. Limitation of Liability: AI Radium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

8. Termination

1. By Client: Clients may terminate their agreements by providing a written notice 30 days in advance.
2. By AI Radium: We may terminate the agreement for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, breach of these Terms, or illegal activities.
3. Post-Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and access to Services may be revoked.

9. Data and Privacy

1. Data Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their data.
2. Data Use: AI Radium may use anonymized data for service improvement, research, or benchmarking purposes.
3. Compliance: AI Radium complies with all applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and equivalent laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Republik Indonesia.
2. Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration as per applicable laws.

11. Amendments

AI Radium reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
